For over a decade, she has pursued a vision she first saw in 2012: a bustling home decor store alongside real estate and construction offices. She began her career as a Texas Realtor, then transitioned to flipping houses and building new construction projects. This journey led her to open her own brick-and-mortar home decor store and create the “Room in a Box” subscription line. To manage the growing workload, she brought her daughter, Mikaiah G. Spencer, into the family business. Together, they are building a dynasty and an incredible team to expand this vision into an international platform.
